As a foster carer for dogs, I am constantly on my feet dog walking and training puppies, so I used to wake up with a sore neck and stiff back all the time. Being able to choose the mattress firmness made a huge difference it’s the perfect balance of supportive and cosy.
I also love that I could get everything together in one place: mattress, protector, sheets, quilt cover and doona. The mattress protector is a lifesaver with dogs, and the whole setup just feels really soft, comfy and put together.
Shipping was super fast, setup was easy, and the customer service team were really helpful too.

This is my second bed from Hotshoppa and this time I went for the whole bundle including the LunaLUX Mattress too because the best feeling in the world is 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep and waking up feeling refreshed and supported.
we have been nothing but impressed since the day we ordered. they’d run out of the soft mattress (the one we ordered) so they emailed very shortly after ordering offering a solution. we live quite rural and it still arrived extremely quickly. we found the bed very simple to put together, and the mattress is the comfiest! everything todo with ordering through this company has been easy, simple and fast. i couldn’t recommend it more!
Absolutely obsessed with my bed...got the medium mattress so comfortable and glad we decided on the extended bedhead and were pleased the bed still came with the wings so we can use without extension if required
We switched from a queen size bed to this Camilla Coastal Luxe super king one. Absolutely beautiful. It brings the hotel feeling. We also ordered the medium mattress, which is super comfy. Quality of the bed is superb, lot of inner legs and sturdy build. Assembly was easy, find the tools and screws inside the head board. It elevated our bedroom onto a different level.
I made a mistake while ordering but customer support was excellent with resolution.

Beautiful fabric, colour is as advertised and pictured. A very well made headboard really happy with it and would recommend it.
We had a little trouble with our order due to moving house and the support team at Hot Shoppa were amazing, emailed back quickly and resolved the issues and assisted on re directing the order to the new house.
