Hotshoppa regularly offers the option of Delayed Delivery - allowing customers to purchase today & have their order held for delivery at a later date (up to 12 months from order date).

To take advantage of this feature simply write your Delayed Delivery Date instructions on the Add to Cart Page in the Optional Notes Section when placing your order. e.g. Deliver on or after January 15th.

So, if you're moving into a New Home you can reserve your Hotshoppa Beds & Mattresses by purchasing Sale Prices Today & we'll Hold Your Order for Delayed Delivery for up to 12 months 😊

If you need to change your delivery date you may also email us at info@hotshoppa.com.au later on & we'll happily changeover to your new delivery date if required.

Please kindly note that the courier company may at times of peak demand not be able to guarantee the delivery on the exact date chosen and will try to deliver as close to the date as possible.

BEST PURCHASE EVER

Best purchase, my favourite piece of furniture in the house. So elegant and classy! Hubbys 6”4 and we had already been through two beds in 6 months that had broken on us from poor quality so I was specifically looking for a king bed that had double support under the mattress, as well as something that matched our other velvet feature pieces in our home! The Mayfair fit the description, hubby was skeptical going online vs instore, but the Mayfair from hotshoppa arrived to our regional location in qld the following week!!! The hotshoppa team were AMAZING to deal with!! Their customer service is above and beyond 💕 the Mayfair itself is quality made and I’m so in love with it! Best purchase ever!

Customer Service is incredible! I placed an order and immediately after realised I ordered the wrong bed frame. I emailed and queried if I could change my order and pay the difference; knowing I’d made the error I wasn’t sure but very quickly they replied, sent me an invoice for the difference and my order was updated! I was so happy!
I wanted the extra tall bed head so we could sit up in bed and watch tv.

It was fairly easy to assemble, the legs were a little difficult; lifting up a super king bed wasn’t easy but manageable. I built by myself (26yr old female) in about 1 hour.
The boxes arrived a little ripped but nothing inside was damaged.
The delivery website was accurate and easy to track on delivery day.
We are so glad we grabbed the 70% off sale and highly recommend to anyone!
Our room is 4m wide and the bed fits perfectly!

Great bed

We purchased this super king bed frame and mattress because we needed more room with three kids in the bed with us. It hasn’t disappointed. The frame is beautiful and easy to put together. The mattress is comfortable and easily accommodates all of us. Hotshoppa have been very quick to answer questions through emails. Would recommend!!

Love love love this bed frame

Love the super king extended bed frame. The blue velvet is very plush and luxurious . Just the right size with the window above the bed. Runs nearly the full length of the wall. We have a huge super king orthokinetic mattress and it fits perfectly and with the height have no problem getting into bed and if we ever move to a smaller room we have the velvet wing attachments to fit a smaller wall size. It's perfect. The price was fantastic. Delivery was quick. Just sooooo happy with our purchase. Thank you.

Amazing purchase fantastic product

In love with our new bed and mattress should have done it ages ago. The quality of the bed frame and fabric is superb for the price point. We ordered the firm mattress and it is great we like a firmer feel and it’s supportive on our backs and hips. Customer service team have been wonderful. Also really happy with the quilt and quilt cover. Will definitely order from this business again.
