Hotshoppa offers Australia-Wide Courier Delivery including full Online Tracking via our Australian Courier Partner Companies.

Shipping Price is added at checkout based on Shipping Address, Suburb and Postcode when purchasing items.

After payment is completed you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. Once your order is dispatched within 1 business day you will receive another email with a link to your Order Tracking Page which contains your relevant Tracking Link.

Click on your Tracking Link (opens in a separate tab) to actively track the location of your order on the Tracking Page. The Tracking Page provides transparent Online Tracking of your order provided by the Courier Company.

When the Tracking Event reads 'Out for Delivery' this means the driver is attempting delivery on that day.

We provide Australia-Wide delivery including courier delivery to all Rural/Remote Areas with full tracking. Allow a few additional days in-transit for rural/remote area deliveries.

Optional: Contact-Free Delivery - We offer the option of Contact-Free Delivery by entering your Safe Drop instructions on the Tracking Page e.g. Leave on Front Porch. Ensure you click 'Save Request' after entering your instructions.

Optional: Delayed Delivery - We offer the option of Delayed Delivery e.g. if you are moving into a new home later on and would like your delivery delayed. Simply enter your delayed delivery date on the Add-to-cart page when placing your order or email us (optional feature only). If you do not add any notes your will be dispatched Next-Business-Day as per normal.

In the event of Freight Damaged goods we request the customer to write the damaged remark on the delivery docket at the time of delivery & notify the delivery driver.

Absolutely love my new Smokey Glass Bedside Table! It looks amazing and really brightens up my bedroom. The mirrored finish is super sleek and the edges are nicely done, so it feels pretty fancy but still very sturdy. The drawers are good for keeping all my bits and bobs tidy. makes my room look and feel so nice. Highly recommend if you want to add a bit of sparkle to Hotshoppa Bed!!

Finally, something that fits me lol. I'm a tall guy around 190CM, so I used to suffer with my old bed, but with this one, I can move around freely lol.

Great King Size Love it

I was a bit sceptical to buy this bed online but I read the reviews and decided to go ahead w the purchase. Me and my partner love it. The only thing was the instructions for putting the bed together was a bit difficult. I hope they will work on how to write the instructions better. Overall everything is good the bed is nice.

Love this bed!

Due to 2 kidlets 2y and under we made the decision to upgrade to a super king bed mattress and needed a supportive frame (IYKYK). After shopping around and extensively researching, I came across hotshoppa and this bed frame. The blue velvet instantly got me. I showed photos of multiple bed frames to my partner and he chose this out of all too! The big selling point for me was the 600kg weight capacity and steel frame construction as opposed to wood (not that it would have that much weight but great to know).

There was one point during installation that I wasn't a fan of, being 4 supports that werent pre-drilled that meet at each corner underneath the frame. Not exactly easy putting together a super king frame then flipping it up completely as per instructions to install the supports that aren't pre-drilled and essentially going in blind. Easily could be rectified by the manufacturer moving forward.

Shipping was super fast, although, disappointing the delivery person wasnt allowed to bring the 3 heavy boxes inside apparently due to company policy.

Overall, super happy with this bed. The photo doesn't do it justice. Its beautiful quality, the blue velvet is beautiful and soft and the frame is super sturdy.
