5 Year Warranty: All Hotshoppa Bed Frames & Mattress orders come inclusive with a premium 5 year warranty. We provide a remedy under this warranty in the form of a replacement of any products or parts which are deemed faulty. Clear photos (or a short video) to depict the issue is required to initiate a warranty claim.

30 Days Returns: Our 30 Day Change of Mind Policy allows return or exchange within 30 days provided (1) the item is unused in original packaging (2) delivery fee, return fee and restocking fee are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

All Hotshoppa Bed Frames & Mattresses are flat-packed and factory sealed to specification for ease of transportation to your doorstep.
