Warranty & Returns

Premium 3 Year Warranty: All Hotshoppa Bed Frames & Mattress orders come inclusive with a 3 year warranty. Hotshoppa will provide a remedy under this warranty in the form of a replacement or repair depending on the nature of the fault. Hotshoppa require photographic evidence or a short video which clearly depicts the issue to initiate a claim. 

Factory Sealed Packaging: All Hotshoppa Bed Frames & Mattress come packaged in flat packed and are factory sealed to specification. Our registered Australian Courier Company Partners ensure Hotshoppa products are delivered safely to you. In the event an item is damaged in transit, let us know within seven days of receiving delivery.  

Change of Mind Returns: Our policy allows customers to return or exchange the product within 30 days after receiving the order provided all of the following criteria are adhered to: (1) item is unused in original sealed packaging and has not been opened (2) customer is responsible for returning item back to our warehouse at their expense (3) item is received back to our warehouse in good condition (4) the original shipping fee will not be refunded. After above steps have been completed a change of mind refund can be provided less transaction fees & original shipping charge. If a change of mind order is placed during transit delivery fee & cost of re-directing goods back to sender are non-refundable.
