Wanted to give a genuine review after we'd slept in the bed for a few weeks. The bed frame is gorgeous, soft and velvety. Easy to assemble and solid feel. As advertised, the frame is nice, velvety, and sturdy. The hybrid design provides the perfect amount of support and cushioning for a good night's sleep. I purchased this king bed frame (mattress is my own) as I was looking for a standout piece of furniture for a reasonable price and I was not disappointed. It feels very sturdy once put together (though I recommend pre-drilling holes for the feet), I LOVE the velvet and colour and would definitely recommend.
Gorgeous looking bed, a little lighter in colour than expected from the pictures, but still a deep blue that looks amazing. Definitely a 2 person job to assemble - velvet very slippery! Frame very sturdy and mattress comfortable.
