we have been nothing but impressed since the day we ordered. they’d run out of the soft mattress (the one we ordered) so they emailed very shortly after ordering offering a solution. we live quite rural and it still arrived extremely quickly. we found the bed very simple to put together, and the mattress is the comfiest! everything todo with ordering through this company has been easy, simple and fast. i couldn’t recommend it more!
Absolutely obsessed with my bed...got the medium mattress so comfortable and glad we decided on the extended bedhead and were pleased the bed still came with the wings so we can use without extension if required
We switched from a queen size bed to this Camilla Coastal Luxe super king one. Absolutely beautiful. It brings the hotel feeling. We also ordered the medium mattress, which is super comfy. Quality of the bed is superb, lot of inner legs and sturdy build. Assembly was easy, find the tools and screws inside the head board. It elevated our bedroom onto a different level.
I made a mistake while ordering but customer support was excellent with resolution.

We originally had a Queen, but between us and our dog who sleeps like he owns the property title, we were hanging off the edge every night. The Super King has been a total game changer, there’s finally space for everyone (even if the fur babies still insist on being in the middle).
The light grey upholstered fabric is beautiful and modern, but also practical for pet owners. It hides fur surprisingly well and still looks luxe in photos. The frame itself feels incredibly sturdy and supportive, no creaking, no shifting, even with midnight zoomie launches onto the bed.

Gorgeous Bed Head. Purchased the Super King with add on side panels so this extends behind the bed side tables. Lovely Fabric in an Oat colour with a linen type texture. Really elevates the bedroom. Great if you have a larger room for the extra drama & hotel vibes. I couldn't find the bolts to attach the side panels so emailed the team after hours & got a prompt reply & diagram explaining where these were located behind zips at the back of the Bed Head. Super great service!
I’m so glad that I bought these bed frames and mattress I’ve waited for so long for this colour because before you only have the gray colour and i’ve been asking why there’s no other colour but i got no response. But I’ve waited patiently! And finally here they are What a beautiful bed we have!

Purchased a super king bed which also came with the mattress and i love it. There's so much room to move. Set up was fairly easy. The only fault i can find is It would be great if the slats could somehow be connected to the metal rods so that once the mattress is ready to be placed into position the slats wouldn't move about so much. I also purchased the super king size sheet set and mattress protector. All good quality. Thank you.

We are SO happy with our new bed & mattress bundle. We purchased a really expensive queen sized bedroom suite from Harvey Norman about 15years ago & we never absolutely loved it! The mattress was never perfect, infact it sank in the middle after 12months & we had it replaced under warranty, but we were always felt under satisfied with our purchase. Our family is growing & with baby number four on the way, we bit the bullet & recently purchased this amazing super king bed & mattress, & my gosh, we are SO happy with it. Timeless style on the bed itself, which would suit all decor, but the mattress is SO incredibly comfortable. We chose the Medium firmness & every night we talk about how comfy we are, how much better the quality is in comparison & how lucky we were to have purchased this from a company we didn’t know, but now trust 100%. My husband is a big man and I am not a small woman so the fact that it has a 600kg weight limit really attracted me to purchase. I didn’t expect how lovely it would look in our room. I am so SO glad we purchased. We got the firm mattress also and usually I wake when my husband moves around but I did not feel him move at all! I am absolutely stoked with this purchase! Best sleep we have had in such a long time.
I took the leap and purchased this bed frame (superking size) - I do not have any regrets. I have owned a lot of bed frames in the last 30 odd years and I can say without a doubt that this has been one of the best ones.
It does not squeak or break easily and is super sturdy. It looks exactly like the photographs and will outperform any cheaper frame.

We had a specific color and look we wanted for our bedtoom suite. We came across Hotshoppa online after visiting numerous retail furniture stores and not able to find what we wanted for a valuable price. We were not disappointed! Found the exact colour and bed frame we wanted in the extended king size with the mattress bundle offer. Also ordered the King wool doona and mattress Protector. Delivered within 3 business days with a courier company that took care with the products. Super easy assembly, great quality bed frame and fantastic comfortable mattress for a fantastic price. We did have an issue with the bed head extensions arriving marked but customer service have been a delight to deal with in responding quickly and with a satisfactory resolution! Very rare to see a company these days tick all the boxes. Ready to purchase again. Really hope they can offer one day in the near future more colour choices in bedheads.
