We had a faulty mattress at first. I emailed them and they responded promptly. They help me try to sort it out and replaced the matress. The replacement is WORLDS apart and an absolute dream to sleep on. So happy!!

Wanted to give a genuine review after we'd slept in the bed for a few weeks. The bed frame is gorgeous, soft and velvety. Easy to assemble and solid feel. I had a few questions during the delivery process and the support team were very responsive and helpful. Can't believe we waited all this time to upgrade to a king. Love it!!
