We had a specific color and look we wanted for our bedtoom suite. We came across Hotshoppa online after visiting numerous retail furniture stores and not able to find what we wanted for a valuable price. We were not disappointed! Found the exact colour and bed frame we wanted in the extended king size with the mattress bundle offer. Also ordered the King wool doona and mattress Protector. Delivered within 3 business days with a courier company that took care with the products. Super easy assembly, great quality bed frame and fantastic comfortable mattress for a fantastic price. We did have an issue with the bed head extensions arriving marked but customer service have been a delight to deal with in responding quickly and with a satisfactory resolution! Very rare to see a company these days tick all the boxes. Ready to purchase again. Really hope they can offer one day in the near future more colour choices in bedheads. I purchased a new mattress from Hotshoppa and it has been amazing! I've been using it for over 3 months now, and I couldn’t recommend it enough. I used to wake up with body aches every morning, and I thought it was just part of life. However, this new firm mattress has really helped alleviate those aches, and I’m finally getting good sleep. Best purchase, my favourite piece of furniture in the house. So elegant and classy! Hubbys 6”4 and we had already been through two beds in 6 months that had broken on us from poor quality so I was specifically looking for a king bed that had double support under the mattress, as well as something that matched our other velvet feature pieces in our home! The Mayfair fit the description, hubby was skeptical going online vs instore, but the Mayfair from hotshoppa arrived to our regional location in qld the following week!!! The hotshoppa team were AMAZING to deal with!! Their customer service is above and beyond 💕 the Mayfair itself is quality made and I’m so in love with it! Best purchase ever!

Customer Service is incredible! I placed an order and immediately after realised I ordered the wrong bed frame. I emailed and queried if I could change my order and pay the difference; knowing I’d made the error I wasn’t sure but very quickly they replied, sent me an invoice for the difference and my order was updated! I was so happy!

It was fairly easy to assemble, the legs were a little difficult; lifting up a super king bed wasn’t easy but manageable. I built by myself (26yr old female) in about 1 hour.
The boxes arrived a little ripped but nothing inside was damaged.
The delivery website was accurate and easy to track on delivery day.
We are so glad we grabbed the 70% off sale and highly recommend to anyone!
