Received item yesterday and very happy with product.
Its our second one from you guys. We have 3 kids and were split between 2 rooms but we consolidated to one massive bed.
We were very hesitant buying online without trying the bed, but decided that for that for the price it was worth the risk - we couldn't find a cheaper super king package anywhere. Overall, the Hybrid mattress is super comfortable, not too warm and the perfect balance of softness vs firmness. Ive slept better than I have in years since taking delivery!
The Grayson frame is a little low for my preference and the head board is very thin, but again, for the price, you can't really complain. It looks modern and contemporary enough. Assembly was fast and easy, and easy for one person to do solo.
Unlike others, I found the delivery to be slow (we got a large box from Ukraine delivered in a shorter timeframe in the middle of the pandemic!) and despite requesting a phone call 30 mins prior to delivery so we could make sure we were at home to meet the driver, it was left at the front door without any notice, and my wife had to get 3 heavy boxes inside by herself.
The only other thing to be aware of is that there are often discounts and sales, so keep an eye on the website if you want to snag an even bigger bargain!
Overall, we would buy from again in the future without hesitation.
