We ordered a Brooklyn Storage Bed Frame with Drawer from HotShoppa and was looking forward to finally getting our king sized mattress off the floor at last and onto something that not only looked good but felt great too! As soon as it arrived we got busy unpacking it to identify all the parts. It was all going well until we unboxed the final one with the draw base and realized that it was badly cracked and broken in the delivery process. We were so disappointed that we contacted HotShoppa to let them know straight away. Well they couldn't have been more apologetic and accommodating. So we constructed the Brooklyn Storage Bed Frame as directed and look forward to completing the draw as soon as the replacement base arrives. We would definitely recommend HotShoppa for their polite and prompt service. Thank you.
The bed looks good and is well put together. I do like the color and style of the upholstery and the storage is quite spacious in the queen size I bought. The assembly is pretty straightforward but you should have another person assist to make the assembly process quick and easy. Overall, it’s a good looking and good quality build bed for this price point.
The delivery was hassle free and on time. The assembly was easy and the instructions were very good. Quality of the bed is good. Looks exactly like the pictures. The storage has 3 compartments. Definitely recommend this bed.
The storage is really gud & big on our super king size which actually has 3 compartments due to its broad width. We can fit many pairs of our shoes and easily store things inside the front of the bed. Overal I recomend this bed & it is gud quality build.
