Customer Service is incredible! I placed an order and immediately after realised I ordered the wrong bed frame. I emailed and queried if I could change my order and pay the difference; knowing I’d made the error I wasn’t sure but very quickly they replied, sent me an invoice for the difference and my order was updated! I was so happy!
I wanted the extra tall bed head so we could sit up in bed and watch tv.

It was fairly easy to assemble, the legs were a little difficult; lifting up a super king bed wasn’t easy but manageable. I built by myself (26yr old female) in about 1 hour.
The boxes arrived a little ripped but nothing inside was damaged.
The delivery website was accurate and easy to track on delivery day.
We are so glad we grabbed the 70% off sale and highly recommend to anyone!

We purchased this super king bed frame and mattress because we needed more room with three kids in the bed with us. It hasn’t disappointed. The frame is beautiful and easy to put together. The mattress is comfortable and easily accommodates all of us. Hotshoppa have been very quick to answer questions through emails. Would recommend!!
Love the super king extended bed frame. The blue velvet is very plush and luxurious . Just the right size with the window above the bed. Runs nearly the full length of the wall. We have a huge super king orthokinetic mattress and it fits perfectly and with the height have no problem getting into bed and if we ever move to a smaller room we have the velvet wing attachments to fit a smaller wall size. It's perfect. The price was fantastic. Delivery was quick. Just sooooo happy with our purchase. Thank you.
In love with our new bed and mattress should have done it ages ago. The quality of the bed frame and fabric is superb for the price point. We ordered the firm mattress and it is great we like a firmer feel and it’s supportive on our backs and hips. Customer service team have been wonderful. Also really happy with the quilt and quilt cover. Will definitely order from this business again.

Absolutely love my new Smokey Glass Bedside Table! It looks amazing and really brightens up my bedroom. The mirrored finish is super sleek and the edges are nicely done, so it feels pretty fancy but still very sturdy. The drawers are good for keeping all my bits and bobs tidy. makes my room look and feel so nice. Highly recommend if you want to add a bit of sparkle to Hotshoppa Bed!!
